You may ask: How do I write a song? Or, I've written this cool song, what now? What can I do with it? My friend Deanna Walker created this stellar songwriter class back in 2000. It's been going strong ever since. The class is offered each semester and provides opportunity for university credit but is also open to the public. Deanna has the purview to invite a large range of guest songwriters from Nashville's Music Row or LA or NY and beyond, as well as indie songwriter-artists, like myself, to make presentations to her class. Singular class presentations, like this one, are open to the public. I will be joined by our mutual friend, Charles Alexander, who is a songwriter and digital marketing guru.
